Baiden FDC is an Australian company which believes that children have the right to be cared for in a warm, safe and stimulating environment that is responsive to their individual needs and enhances their dignity and well being. We acknowledge the values of working in cooperation with parents and we will endeavour to value and respect their beliefs in relation to their children at all times.

Baiden FDC is made up of a team of people – families, care-providers and co-ordinating unit that will strive to work in partnership for the child to reach their full potential which reflects the child’s culture.

The following key principles guide Baiden FDC staff:

  1. Each family has its own characteristics, strengths and resources
  2. All families have strengths
  3. Children and their families are part of a community
  4. Families have the most influence on their children
  5. Parents have interests, roles and responsibilities in addition to their family responsibilities
  6. There are many ways for a family to be involved with their child’s care
  7. Families and staff both have something to offer each other

Our team

Educators  and Coordination unit:

The educators and coordination unit are chosen for their personal and professional standards. They support the Baiden FDC philosophy and have a basic love for children, a commitment to caring and providing children with a safe and mentally stimulating environment. The educators are responsive, enthusiastic, and involved with the children. They are consistent so the children can trust and feel secure. They complete “Observation Forms” to communicate with the parents. The form gives information regarding the child’s eating, nap time, potty training, and specific participation in activities.

Educators are required to have First Aid Level II Certificate, annually update CPR and Police Clearance Certificate. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
