Baiden FDC Goals and Objectives include:

  • To provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can develop
  • To provide a “home-like” setting where children can play and “work”
  • To provide quality family day care
  • To provide a caring and stimulating environment in which children can develop to their full potential
  • A program that is responsive and flexible to the changing and diverse needs of the community, including the children in care, the families, the carers, their families and the coordination unit staff especially recognising that many of this community are culturally and linguistically diverse
  • To provide resources and ongoing training and support for Care-provider that is appropriate to their cultural and linguistic diverse needs
  • Endeavour to promote the developmental, social and emotional needs of the children
  • To offer a program this is relevant, accessible and affordable to families
  • To employ Care-providers who are competent and who have a commitment to the well being children
  • To provide opportunity and activities for development of physical skills

The policies and procedure of Baiden FDC are intended to provide a guideline that sets out proper procedures for conducting the work in an ethical, legal and credible manner.
